Stately InteriorsHouse Manager Couples - Amazing Retreats (Various UK locations)

You will be an experienced couple within the hospitality/B&B industry, able to demonstrate the ability to be fully responsible for the management of an entire Retreat. You will meet and greet visitors, provide meals and a housekeeping service – maintaining exceptionally high standards at all times. Additionally, you will be able to provide maintenance/DIY to the property, along with general gardening assistance as well. Ideally, one of the couple will have a ‘speciality skill’ that they can bring to the Retreat and draw guests to attend a weekend learning/experiencing in that skill, such as painting, cooking, yoga etc.

Stately InteriorsProject Manager - Amazing Retreats (Worcester, Worcestershire)

You will be project managing the development, refurbishment and maintenance, mainly based in Worcester. Managing architects, Consultants, Contractors/Sub-Contractors and specialist trades to deliver the proposed plans from concept to full delivery. You will produce weekly reports, award contracts, manage all H&S and prepare planned maintenance programs. You will have significant and proven experience of project managing large building projects, experience of working on listed/historic properties, and spa/swimming pool works and ideally with a design background.

Stately InteriorsAdministrator - Stately Interiors (Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire)

You will be providing administrative support to the Stately Interiors team, this will include using the SAGE system for maintaining and creating records, filing, responding to incoming calls, producing reports and carrying out general clerical duties as and when required. You will have experience of using SAGE, have good skills in the Microsoft Office packages, organised and able to multitask.

Stately InteriorsSales Coordinator - Stately Interiors (Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire)

As a smart, confident and professional individual you will be ensuring that customers receive a constantly high level of service. You will maintain the general presentation of the reception area, showroom and all customer waiting areas, additionally, you will assist the team in achieving weekly, monthly and annual sales targets. You will also have administrative duties including processing customer orders, invoices and stock control updates, as and when required. You will be a good communicator, organised, efficient, with good PC skills and will have sales experience and experience of working in the furniture trade.

ClarencoMaintenance Manager - Clarenco (Stokenchurch, Buckinghamshire. Will include some UK travel)

Reporting to the Buildings Controller you will be overseeing external Contractors, ensuring work is being done to the required standards and timescales. Additionally, you will be creating a maintenance budget, assisting in the development of a preferred Contractors list and monitoring the systems for ensuring the safety and security of the buildings and services. You will have a good knowledge of statutory requirements and the ability to set up reporting procedures and providing technical advice on maintenance issues.

The Clare Foundation is looking to provide the chance for Student Volunteers to gain experience and to build a CV as a stepping stone to full time employment. The Foundation has links to many local charities and employers so there will be opportunities to showcase their talents. On offer are project roles for approximately three months, for students who are looking to gain commercial experience in the Third sector. Travel and lunch expenses will be provided.
