Ackergill Tower is a luxury hotel near John o Groats, in Wick. At Ackergill Tower every individual bedroom has character and history and is unique in its own special way. 

The castle is steeped in history and every room appears to have been untouched for generations and yet each has been refurbished to combine style with sumptuous comfort whilst retaining the feeling and history of the Tower. Where else can you actually use a 100 year old trunk which was owned by a previous resident of the Tower?

There are stunning views to behold from all of the bedrooms, whether it’s over Sinclair’s Bay, the croquet lawn or the Heart of Caithness, all will take your breath away. 

There are 28 bedrooms in total, all with en-suite, and no two rooms are the same but all are finished to a stunning standard. Choose from bedrooms in The Tower, Old Laundry, The Smiddy or Keeper’s Cottage and there’s also The Beach House with offers an additional five bedrooms.
