The hosts Matt and Alan made us feel immediately welcome showing us around and telling us the history of Bath Lodge Castle. All the bedrooms were unique, clean and comfortable with private facilities, fluffy dressing gowns and toiletries.

It's not very often that you stay somewhere and it exceeds your expectations, but this place did. The accommodation is of a very high standard, beautifully comfortable bed, lovely bathroom and lots of character. It's in a very convenient location, easy to visit Bath and not forgetting Bradford-on-Avon which is also well worth a visit for nice pubs and restaurants. The managers Matt and Alan were very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast too.
