Out & About at Plas Rhianfa

Plas Rhianfa occupies a most enviable position on Glyngarth with wide frontage to the Menai Strait and enjoys a southerly aspect across the water to the majestic Snowdonia Range.

The towns of Menai Bridge and Beaumaris are within 2 and 3 miles respectively, both of which provide a good range of local services for everyday needs.

Beaumaris is regarded as one of the most sought after villages on the island with its boutique shops, restaurants, castle and attractive architecture and is also home to the Royal Anglesey Yacht Club.

As you would expect, the area is renowned for its marine activities. However, there are several golf courses on the island and together with excellent walking in the Snowdonia range and the coastal path there is plenty which to occupy the landlubbers.

Whilst here think about an educational walk around Oriel Mon's art gallery, a pony trek through the forest or perhaps a guided walk along part of the 125 mile coastal path. For the more adventurous we can even help organise coasteering, sea kayaking or a James Bond style powerboat trip around the island.
