Set in six acres of stunning grounds, Tempsford Mill accommodates 18 guests in nine luxurious bedrooms, of which there are six double rooms, one double/twin room, one twin room and one double sofa bed room.

There are also seven bathrooms, two kitchens, a breakfast room, two dining rooms, two living rooms and a recreation room. The entire property has been beautifully finished to the highest of standards with modern touches throughout including underfloor heating, surround sound in the kitchen and sitting room, programmable lighting and flat screen TVs, DVD, Sky, and WiFi Internet access.

There is certainly plenty of room to totally relax and wallow in the sheer luxury and tranquility.

Outside does not disappoint either, with the beautiful waterside setting providing glorious vistas from every window, there are fabulous outside seating areas to sit and relax.
